Not being able to see exactly where your plumbing is makes a price hard to come up with. Also the part of the country you live in will have a lot to do with the cost.

For the installation to meet code you will need to run a dedicated circuit from the breaker panel.

The easiest plumbing for dishwasher is going to the sink disposal with a rubber hose for the drain and run a t-valve off the hot and cold leads to the sink faucet. Not much at all. The bigger issue is wiring to the circuit breaker box. Dishwasher pulls a big load on the amps.

If your local code allows Air Admittance Valves for venting on drain lines, it shouldn’t be a problem. You need to realize what the “per hour” labor cost will be. I would guess, about $300 for labor and the material for the waterline and valve.

I think you already know how to do this job. All you need to do is go to the hardware store and price it out yourself. I installed mine in much the same way bringing all my lines up through the floor behind the dishwasher. It wasn’t to expensive. Good luck
